As the price of palay grains plummeted to P10.20 per kilo due to RA 11208 or the Rice Tarrification Law, ASAT students, whose parents are farmers,

admitted that their daily allowance also decreased.

In a local survey conducted by the Industrialist, 373 parents of the school relied on farming as their primary source of income.

Most of them are from barangay Toran, Tallungan,Gaddang, Paddaya and Dodan.
