{"id":783,"date":"2020-03-03T11:30:48","date_gmt":"2020-03-03T03:30:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/asat-edu.com\/?p=783"},"modified":"2025-12-31T18:12:44","modified_gmt":"2025-12-31T10:12:44","slug":"sharing-is-caring","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asat-edu.com\/index.php\/2020\/03\/03\/sharing-is-caring\/","title":{"rendered":"SHARING IS CARING"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>SHS studes gift orphans, indigenous people<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"237\" height=\"178\" src=\"http:\/\/asat-edu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1118\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Humanities and Social Sciences students of ASAT with their teachers bring early<br>\nChristmas for the kids of Zimay Elementary School, Agta Community and Missionaries<br>\nof Charity Orphanage during their Community Outreach on October 13, 19 and 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Around 100 children were filled with joy as they ate, danced, played parlor games and received gifts<br> such as clothes, toys and school supplies. According to the main organizer, Mrs. Mary Helen<br> Agarpao, the outreach is aculminating activity in the Community Engagement Solidarity and Citizenship<br> (CESC) subject which isunder taken by the HUMSS students, and this has been the 3rd outreach of the SHS<br> department. &#8220;Our main objective is to bring hope and joy to the kids even with this simple<br> acts, all thanks to God, to our supportive school, the active students and the generous sponsors who have poured their hearts to make this possible,&#8221; she added.
