Cookery students do not need to travel far anymore as TESDA approved the school’s application to be an accredited Cookery NCII Assessment Center on July 16, 2019.

TESDA officials led by Provincial Director Romeo Talosig visited the school to inspect the readiness of the Cookery building to offer NCII.
“The school was able to comply with the pertinent requirements for accreditation so it may now start accepting candidates for assessment.” said Provincial Director Romeo Talosig who was also an alumnus of the school.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Jonalyn Usita, cookery teacher, said that because of the accreditation students financial burden will now be reduced as the cookery students do not need to travel far anymore to take their assessment.
“Because we are now an accredited assessment center, our cookery students will have an advantage because they will be more familiar with the various cooking tools and equipment that they will use in the actual assessment.” she explained.
“Actually we have many former students who are now working abroad because they were able to secure NCII in cookery. I invite everyone to take their NCII with us for only P 1,300.”she added.
The certificate may be used for five years when applying locally or abroad.
